Type of safe in which a layer of concrete is poured between the outer and inner walls of the safe for increased protection from fire.

Type of safe designed for sensitive computer disks or audio/visual tape. These safes maintain an interior temperature of less than 125 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition, humidity levels in media safes remain below 80% when the container is subjected to 1,550 to 1,700 degrees Fahrenheit heat.

Record Safe
Type of safe that can withstand temperatures of up to 1,700 degrees Fahrenheit heat while maintaining an interior temperature of 350 degrees or less. These safes will typically have compartments and shelves to store books and binders.
